Men's Association Membership Information for 2026

ANNUAL FEE

  • The 2026 Men’s Association Membership Fee is $195.00 (plus tax).
    • GHIN membership is required to participate in the Men’s Association. Yearly GHIN Handicap Fee is $50.00 through the 500 Club or other member associations (fees may vary).
    • 500 Club Annual Pass holders wishing to participate in Men’s Association Events will need to activate a GHIN Handicap prior to January 2.
  • Please make sure you provide your active GHIN number on the sign up page provided.
    • If you do not have an established handicap, you will play at a “0” handicap until you have posted a minimum of 5 scores to your GHIN membership.*
  • GHIN Handicaps will inactivate December 31st each year.

MEMBERSHIP PRIVILEGES

  • Members may participate in Men’s Association Events (Wednesday and/or Weekend)
  • Members in good standing receive 20% off posted greens fees January 1st thru December 31st
  • Eligible to participate in Men’s Association Tournaments/Events.
  • (1) Warm up bucket of Range Balls are provided complimentary for Men’s Association Tournaments/Events Only.

EVENT SIGN-UP POLICY

  • Sign up for Men’s Association events occur in the Men’s Association Portal. Use the link at the bottom for quick and easy access. We recommend bookmarking this site.
  • Event sign up dates and event closed dates are available on the Men’s Association schedule. Signups open at 12pm (noon) on the date posted and close at 9am on the posted date.
  • Weekend tee times will be official the Wednesday prior to the event. It is the member’s responsibility to confirm their tee time in the portal prior to the event date.
  • Caddies or Non-Members are not allowed to participate nor spectate in Men’s Association Events. (No Ride Alongs)
  • Members must be 18 years of age and have “No educational amateur or professional status”

“PLAYER OF THE YEAR“

Members receive participation and event place points. The member with the most points at the end of the calendar year is the “Player of the Year” recipient. Points are earned & won beginning with the first event in January through the first event in December.

Members wishing to participate in the Match Play Championship, Club Championship or the President’s Cup for must have played in a minimum of four (4) weekend events in which an individual score may be posted during the 2026 season.
NO EXCEPTIONS.

Day of Event Information

EVENT FEES

  • 20% discount on posted green fee rate for non-annual passholder
  • $20 Event entry fee per player

TOURNAMENT

  • Tournament format can be viewed on the Men’s Association Calendar
  • Tournament rules sheets are available on the Men’s Association Portal
  • Flighted competition and payouts. Field will be flighted by the total number of participants. Target flight size is 25 – 30 players.
  • Participants may either win Gross or Net divisions for the applicable tournament format
  • All events include SKINS and Closest to the Pins
    • Gross/Net Skins across the field
    • Closest to the Pins (CTPs) across the field
    • Participants may only win awards for either gross or net places – not both.

RESULTS/PAYOUTS

  • Prize distributions will vary depending on the number of entrants and the types of event (team or individual).
  • Tournament payouts are posted as “credit on-the-books.”
    • On-the-books credit may be used for merchandise, food, beverages and practice range balls only (credit cannot be used for green fees, renewal fees or lessons).
    • 2026 On-the-book credit must be used by December 13, 2026; it cannot be carried over to the year 2027. Holiday Scramble book credit will be posted to the 2027 season.
  • CTPs and Skins are paid as cash awards and available within the golf shop after the completion of the event.
  • All ties will be broken using the USGA recommended tie break system.
  • In the event a player WD’s or is DQ’d, he will not be refunded entry fee money nor will he be eligible to receive any event winnings, skins, or pins.

*** Except for medical reasons, a player who withdraws during the play of an event will not receive any points for that event. ***
